Order Processing & Shipping Times
Every piece of art is custom-produced to order to ensure the highest possible quality.
• Archival Paper Prints: Printed in-house at my Canby, Oregon studio. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production and packaging before your print ships.
• ChromaLuxe Metal Prints: Because of the specialized dye-sublimation process, large-format metal prints are crafted by a premium fine art lab. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for production, followed by secure transit to your door. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your artwork ships.
Packaging & Handling
I take extreme care in packaging your investment. Paper prints are shipped flat or gently rolled in heavy-duty art tubes, depending on the size. Large-format metal prints are securely packaged in custom-built boxes or wooden crates to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, ready to hang.
Domestic & International Shipping
Currently, standard checkout is set up for shipping within the United States. If you are an international collector interested in acquiring a piece, please reach out via the Contact page with your location and the specific artwork you are interested in, and I will provide a custom shipping quote.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every photograph is custom-made specifically for your order, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind or incorrect size ordering. I highly encourage you to measure your wall space carefully before placing an order. If you need help visualizing a piece in your space, please contact me for a complimentary digital mockup prior to purchasing!
Damaged Artwork
Shipping large artwork carries inherent risks, but you are fully protected. If your print is damaged in transit by the freight carrier, please follow these exact steps:
1. Take clear photos of the damaged artwork.
2. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging/box.
3. Email these photos to [Insert your email address here] within 48 hours of delivery.
Once I receive the photos, I will immediately begin the process of expediting a replacement print to you at absolutely no additional cost.
